Mission

The Louisiana Private Landowners Association (LA-PLA) exists to advocate for the rights of private landowners across Louisiana. The association mobilizes both large and small landowners to protect the rights to own, manage, develop, use, and dispose of land without undue government interference. By combining individual voices into a unified, influential organization, LA-PLA amplifies landowners' interests in legislative and regulatory matters.

Key Issues

Eminent Domain
